HRACO Monthly Meeting

On Tuesday, April 10, Kelly Bunting, shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office, will be the keynote speaker at the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio, a chartered chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Bunting’s presentation, entitled, "When Performance Meets Protected Right,” will discuss the best way to avoid legal liability when an employer needs to discipline an employee who recently returned from leave or has some other protected status.
