Overview del Dipartimento
Greenberg Traurig's Wage & Hour Class and Collective Litigation Group includes attorneys who are experienced in litigating complex and ground-breaking cases throughout the country. In the last three years alone, we have handled over 100 employment class and collective actions, for which our expansive national footprint makes us uniquely qualified. We also serve as national coordinating counsel for some of the world’s largest companies and have handled virtually all phases of class and collective litigation. Whether it be implementing a comprehensive litigation hold strategy in response to class-wide allegations, defeating class certification, aggressive and preemptive dispositive motion practice, conducting effective class-based discovery, or trial and settlement, members of our team have seen it and done it.
