Greenberg Traurig’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity team helps companies build and maintain compliance programs that account for international data privacy requirements. Among other things we routinely advise on compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive (and the ePrivacy Regulation), and with Member State implementing regulations. We also monitor and advise our clients regarding privacy and security trends outside of Europe and the United States including within South America and Asia.
