Cristianna (Crisa) M. Salarpi advises individuals and families on estate and tax planning, business structuring, trust and estate administration, and probate matters. Crisa’s practice includes preparing revocable and irrevocable estate planning documents, such as revocable trusts, spousal limited access trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and QSBS trusts. She collaborates with clients to develop estate planning strategies tailored to their family dynamics and goals for asset disposition.

In addition to estate planning, Crisa assists clients with the trust administration process, including, but not limited to sending out the required notices, preparing accountings, and creating distribution plans. She also drafts petitions, motions, and other pleadings related to trust administrations, probate proceedings, and conservatorships.

Crisa has experience preparing federal estate tax returns (IRS Form 706) and federal gift tax returns (IRS Form 709). She also conducts research on domestic and international income and estate tax issues.
