Chelsea Pullen is an experienced commercial technology lawyer assisting companies with virtually all of their contractual needs, both domestically and internationally and arising from early inception to large-scale global operations. She offers practical and efficient legal counsel while helping companies manage costs and mitigate risk. With significant experience in the digital infrastructure space, Chelsea also represents clients in virtually all business industries, including banking and financial services, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, medical devices and digital health, and real estate operations.
Chelsea’s practice includes negotiating a broad range of technology agreements including services agreements, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements and other software licenses including for cloud enterprise platforms and applications. Chelsea also works with clients to modernize their commercial contracting processes to mitigate risk while ensuring operational efficiency.
In the cloud and digital infrastructure space, Chelsea represents many of the world’s largest private equity firms, infrastructure funds, real estate investors, and lenders across a broad range of transactions, including data center and colocation leases, master services agreements, indefeasible rights of use, dark fiber leases, cell tower and rooftop leases, Internet exchange services, DAS and WiFi system builds, and subsea cable systems.

- Part of a team that represented an affiliate of The Carlyle Group in connection with the acquisition of Involta, LLC, a leading regional U.S. data center and hybrid infrastructure company.
- Representation of data center operators and enterprise customers in connection with numerous sale/leaseback transactions.
