Profile
Jordan S. Lewis represents clients with respect to the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial properties throughout the United States. His practice includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with various types of secured financings, as well as the representation of developers/sponsors, investors, and their partners in the formation and negotiation of private real estate funds, joint ventures, and partnerships. Jordan also has deep experience representing purchasers and lenders with respect to the acquisition and financing of manufacturing and distribution facilities and other economic development projects throughout the State of Georgia that are subject to tax-exempt bond financing structures.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Jordan was in-house counsel for a Manhattan-based real estate investment company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
