Marina Langhofer

Marina Langhofer is an associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice group and advises clients on technology-related and data privacy law issues. This includes in particular the areas of European and national data protection and cybersecurity regulations (incl. GDPR), eCommerce law, consumer and general contract law as well as regulatory and competition law.

Marina focuses on drafting and reviewing data privacy documents and concepts and on structruring and implementing data protection compliance projects. Marina advises on virtually all aspects of data privacy compliance in corporate transactions and in relation to labor and employment matters.
