Diana G. Hendricks is a registered patent agent in Greenberg Traurig's San Diego office. Her comprehensive practice focuses on all aspects of patent management and strategy, including U.S. and international patent prosecution, Freedom to Operate analysis, due diligence, and IP reporting for compliance regulations. Diana regularly advises clients in a wide range of technologies, including antibodies, oligonucleotides, immunotherapy, microbiology, and diagnostics. She works with a variety of clients, including individual inventors, start-ups, clinical stage biotechnology companies, and large public corporations.
Diana has more than 10 years of experience in research and development in academia and industry, giving her insight into a client’s goals and priorities and allowing her to provide commercially-relevant advice. Her industry experience includes immuno-assay and vaccine formulation development. Prior to joining GT, Diana was a Patent Agent in the San Diego office of another international law firm.
