Florian Deitel

Florian Deitel is an associate in the German Tax Law Practice Group. His work focuses on the tax treatment of investment funds as well as private equity and venture capital funds. He advises both fund initiators as well as investors. In addition, he advises domestic and foreign companies as well as national and international investors, in particular in connection with cross-border transactions and financing, on issues of national and international tax law.
