Amanda Blaske is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. She represents borrowers, lenders and other parties in finance and corporate transactions as well as restructuring matters. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Amanda worked at another national law firm, where she focused her practice on commercial law and corporate restructuring, representing bond trustees, bond holders, creditors, and debtors in a variety of insolvency matters.
