Mark Bhuptani is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Mark focuses his practice on litigating intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyright. Mark’s patent litigation experience includes pharmaceutical patent litigation, electronic components, biomedical technology, and software-based technologies. While in law school, Mark interned with the Hon. John Leventhal in the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division and externed with the Hon. Ramon Reyes in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
