Dr. Emir Avilés-Pagán is a registered patent agent focused on U.S. and international patent application drafting and prosecution, as well as performing due diligence and patentability analyses. Emir previously worked as a scientific analyst, then patent agent, at another general practice law firm. Emir has experience on a variety of life sciences and biotechnology practice areas, including diagnostics tests, next generation sequencing, immunology, cell and antibody therapies, and agricultural technologies.
