WARSAW - Dec. 10, 2019 - Greenberg Traurig represented South Korean fund K-Trust, managed by JR AMC, in the acquisition of the Feniks office building, located in the Wola district of Warsaw.
Greenberg Traurig’s team was led by Local Partner Justyna Szwech, supported by Senior Associate Karolina Olko and Associate Jakub Gajzler. Senior Associate Magdalena Bachleda-Księdzularz, supported by Associate Iga Czerniak, was responsible for the transaction financing.
