Partner Rafał Baranowski Elevated to Co-Chair of the Greenberg Traurig Global Corporate Practice

Rafał Baranowski, Partner and Co-Head of the M&A and Private Equity Practices in the Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig has been appointed as Co-Chair of the Greenberg Traurig Global Corporate Practice.

Rafał Baranowski joins fellow Shareholders who serve as Co-Chairs of the Global Corporate Practice across Greenberg Traurig: Ejim Achi (New York), Fiona Adams (London), Mark Kelson (Los Angeles), Bruce March (Fort Lauderdale) and Daniella Silberstein (Miami). Partner Alan Annex (Miami) is the Senior Chair of the Global Corporate Practice.
