Greenberg Traurig Represents Marquee Brands in its Acquisition of Totes Isotoner Corporation in Partnership with Randa Apparel & Accessories

NEW YORK June 18, 2024 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Marquee Brands, an affiliate of Neuberger Berman, in connection with Marquee Brands and Randa Apparel & Accessories’ acquisition of Totes Isotoner Corporation, a manufacturer of innovative weather-related accessories, including umbrellas, gloves, and seasonal footwear. As a result of the acquisition, Marquee Brands becomes the global owner of the totes® and isotoner® brands, while Randa comes on board as Marquee Brands’ core operating partner.

Totes, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, introduced the first foldable, collapsible umbrella in 1970 and the Isotoner brand was founded in 1918. Today, Totes is a world leading designer, marketer, and distributor of functional accessories in the rain, cold weather, and footwear categories.
