Noce is Named ‘Best Mentor’
ATLANTA – May 3, 2023 – Courtney B. Noce, co-chair of the Global Immigration & Compliance Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, was selected by the American Lawyer’s Daily Report as a 2023 Southeastern Legal Award Honoree. Noce was named a “Best Mentor” and will be honored at the publication’s June 22 awards gala.
The “Best Mentor” accolade recognizes lawyers who have helped less-experienced colleagues become better lawyers. In addition to her role as co-chair of the firm’s Global Immigration & Compliance Practice, Noce maintains both formal and informal mentorship roles with rising associates, practice managers, and through collaboration across practices. Noce also extends her mentorship to aspiring attorneys in law school with round-table discussions, offering her advice on development within the profession.
“Cultivating a culture of collaboration and mentorship is integral to how Greenberg Traurig operates,” said Theodore I. Blum, managing shareholder of the Atlanta office. “Courtney is a leader in this regard and most deserving of this recognition, representing the firm’s commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders.”
Noce focuses her practice on U.S. business immigration, compliance, and enforcement actions, as well as global immigration. She represents both large multinational companies and small startups on the full range of employment-based immigration, ranging from permanent residence to nonimmigrant visa categories.
