ATLANTA, GA (Aug. 5, 2014) – The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that Cliff Merrell was selected for the Daily Report’s 2014 “On the Rise” list. Merrell is shareholder in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Merrell focuses his practice on products liability litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He serves as national counsel for many pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in state court, federal court and multidistrict litigation. His experience includes both large mass tort actions and single plaintiff legislation. Merrell has also been selected as one of Law360’s 2014 “Rising Stars,” and he is listed as one of Super Lawyers magazine’s 2014 “Rising Stars” and Georgia Trend magazine’s 2013 “Legal Elite.”
