On April 13, Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will be a panelist during the "IP Legislation Is Like a Box of Chocolates" session. The session will discuss the SHOP SAFE and INFORM Consumers Acts as well as the Digital Services Act (DSA) in Europe; discussing the paths the various pieces of legislation have taken.
