Kevin G. Walsh represents clients in commercial business litigation and criminal defense. He advises on a wide range of legal matters at the intersection of business, law, and politics.
Kevin represents clients before state and federal courts in both New York and New Jersey, as well as in administrative matters before New Jersey state agencies. He has also represented individuals in a wide range of federal and state criminal inquiries and has often convinced prosecutors not to file charges. When necessary, Kevin has tried civil and criminal matters to verdict.
Kevin’s higher education experience includes representations in Title IX investigations, defense of employee discrimination claims, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and a variety of compliance and board governance issues.
