  • Represented a venture including an opportunity fund, a national real estate investment fund and a major financial institution in the $111 million acquisition of a commercial property in Washington, D.C.
  • Represented a publicly traded REIT in the acquisition of a $72 million midtown office building.
  • Represented the issuer/developer in connection with the $52 million single asset securitization of a build to suit project leased to the U.S. Government for use by the National Institutes of Health.
  • Represented a joint venture of a local developer and other real estate investors in the acquisition of a $48 million residential apartment complex in Miami, Florida.
