Nicole Narotzky concentrates her practice on complex litigation, litigation strategy and management, and counseling on risk mitigation, including early resolution processes and procedures. Nicole’s primary focus is on product liability matters, particularly on developing and executing legal strategy related to complex and technical medical devices and regulatory issues. She has defended major medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in federal and state courts throughout the country in both single-plaintiff cases and in multi-district and coordinated proceedings. She has defended medical device products liability lawsuits involving a wide range of products, including diabetes management devices, neurological devices, spinal devices, and cardiovascular devices. She works closely with clients on best practices for preventative measures and risk mitigation, including those related to internal communication, responses to regulatory inquiries, and general policies and documentation.
