  • Advised Cromwell Property Group on the sale of a real estate portfolio consisting of six retail centers located in Warsaw, Szczecin, Wrocław, Łódź, Toruń and Bydgoszcz to Star Capital Finance. The value of the transaction amounted to EUR 285 million.
  • Advised WOOD & Company on the signing of joint venture agreements with the logistics developer 7R in relation to a logistics project in Tczew. As part of the transaction WOOD & Company has acquired the majority of shares in the project company implementing the project.
  • Advised REDKOM Development on the sale of 100% of shares in the company holding the retail complex Park Handlowy Glinianka located near Warsaw to CEE-BIG Europe.
  • Advised P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and Łódź, comprising 61,450 sq. m and 34,420 sq. m respectively, from logistics property developer 7R.
  • Advised Cromwell Property Group Poland on the sale of all shares in the company holding the office complex Wiśniowy Business Park in Warsaw to a Hungarian investor.
  • Advised P3 Logistic Parks on the acquisition of the logistics park located in Wrocław.
  • Advised Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund in connection with the sale of a portfolio of six Polish distribution parks and the Nord Point office building in Warsaw.°
  • Advised Macquarie Asset Management in connection with the acquisition of the six last-mile logistics facilities near key urban and industrial centers across Poland.°
  • Advised GLL Capital Partners in connection with the sale of mezzanine warehouse facility in Wroclaw of a total space approx. 123,500 sq. m, and is fully leased to a global online retailer.°

  • Advised Alides, a Ghent-based property developer and investor, in connection with the purchase of Waterside office complex in Gdańsk.°
  • Advised C83 Closed Investment Fund of Private Assets in connection with the acquisition of an office building in Warsaw from the Griffin Real Estate Group.°
  • Advised 4fi and Origami in connection with acquisition of Tesco Poland real estate portfolio.°
  • Advised Golub GetHouse, as the landlord, in connection with lease concluded with WeWork, a global leader in flexible workspace, which became the exclusive tenant of office space in the Western Building of Mennica Legacy Tower complex.°
  • Advised Invesco Real Estate in connection with the sale to Vestas Investment Management of a logistic center in northern Poland, with an area of approx. 160,000 sq. m, which is the one of the largest and technically advanced logistics centers in Europe.°
  • Advised Madison International Realty in connection with the acquisition of 50% of the Warsaw Spire A office building and a joint-venture agreement with Ghelamco Group.°
  • Advised CA Immo in connection with the acquisition of all shares and all rights and obligations of the general partner of Warsaw Spire sp. z o.o. Pl. Europejski 6 S.K.A., a company holding two buildings within the Warsaw Spire office complex: Warsaw Spire B and the Genesis restaurant building.°
  • Advised Rockcastle Global Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of Bonarka City Center - a shopping center located in Kraków. The value of the transaction was EUR 361 million, which made it the largest single real estate transaction in Poland in terms of price in 2016.°
  • Advised an international investor in connection with the acquisition of the Prosta Office Centre and Trinity Park II office building through the acquisition of special purpose vehicles holding the above real properties.°
  • Advised Invesco Real Estate in connection with a forward funding transaction for the development of a single tenant built-to-suit distribution center in Poland, with a total GLA of approx. 135,000 sq. m.°
  • Advised Credit Suisse Asset Management in connection with the acquisition of the Prosta Tower office building in Warsaw.°
  • Advised HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH in connection with the acquisition of the Atrium 2 office building in Warsaw.°
  • Advised a leading developer in Poland in connection with a EUR 500,000 million internal restructuring and transfer of real estate throughout Poland.°
