• Advised OstroVit, a renowned producer of dietary supplements and healthy lifestyle products, in acquiring 85% of the shares in EthicSport Italia, an Italian company operating in the sports nutrition market under the "Ethicsport" brand.°
• Advised Lewandpol Holding on the preliminary agreement for the sale of the Kleczew Solar & Wind hybrid project with a total capacity of up to 334 MW to Energa Wytwarzanie (Orlen Group).°
• Advised on the cross-border transaction in which Jacquet Metals acquired several distribution companies in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia from Swiss Steel Group.°
• Advised RelyOn Nutec, a global leader in safety training, on its investment in the company GoRopes, a training centre specialising in courses for the wind energy sector.°
• Advised Dr. Irena Eris S.A. on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Przedsiębiorstwo Farmaceutyczne Sulphur Zdrój Exim.°
• Advised AKREDO (CLAR group) on the acquisition of the Loando Group.°
• Advised the Italian company Karton SpA, a leading European producer of plastic and box pallets, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Gekoplast S.A., a leading Polish producer of polypropylene sheets.°
• Advised Dentsu Aegis Network Polska in the purchase of 100% of shares in Red8 Group.
• Advised Flavourtec, a leading European manufacturer of e-liquids for e-cigarettes, in a share sale and acquisition of the investor transaction in which the current shareholders and the TarHeel Capital fund will cooperate, each holding 50% of shares in the company.°
• Advised the Belgian company Puratos on the acquisition of an enterprise belonging to Nutrico Group.°
• Advised DCC Labs, a company designing solutions for digital and internet television, including for producers of electronic equipment and telecommunications operators on its sale to the US SeaChange International Inc.°
• Advised owner of Magodent upon the sale of eighty percent of shares to LUX MED Group.°

• Advised the shareholders in Dogmat Systemy S.A. on division of the company and the sale of 100% of the Company’s shares.°
• Advised in consolidation process in the Remak-Rozruch SA group (now SBB Energy); the process included transformation of SBB Investments sp. z o.o. into a joint-stock company and finally merger of this company with Remak-Rozruch SA.°
• Advised in reorganization in OstroVit sp. z o.o. including transformation of a sole proprietorship into a limited liability company.°

• Advised PortfoLion, a Hungarian venture capital fund from the OTP group, on an investment in edrone.°
• Advised PortfoLion on the Series B financing round in Packhelp.°
• Advised PortfoLion on its investment on the seed round in Mindgram.°
• Advised VECTOR Group in forming a joint venture on the telecommunications market with one of the biggest international suppliers of multimedia solutions.°
