Venelin Dimitrov

Venelin Dimitrov is an associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. He advises national and international clients on M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments, joint ventures and on all general corporate law matters.

During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin he worked for major international law firms and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Berlin.
