Ricardo Crispim Leite

Ricardo Crispim Leite is an associate in the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Ricardo advises U.S. and foreign clients, including special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, investments, reorganizations, commercial contracts, financing and general corporate matters.

Ricardo is dual qualified in New York and Brazil. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ricardo practiced for several years in the project finance and capital markets team of a Brazilian law firm.
