Becky L. Caruso is a commercial and civil litigation trial attorney with over fifteen years of experience. She focuses her practice on representing corporate clients, including major retailers, in a broad range of matters, including antitrust litigation and compliance, class action, products liability, premises liability, construction, and real estate matters.
She counsels clients with the goal of limiting a company’s potential litigation exposure and handles all facets of litigation from investigation through discovery and case resolution. Becky also has advocated for clients in trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals in New Jersey and New York federal and state courts, and federal courts throughout the country.
