  • Represented private equity firm in acquiring, financing and ultimate disposition of the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
  • Represented developer in construction financing for first-of-a-kind Virgin-branded hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
  • Represented developer in evaluating the acquisition of the Setai Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
  • Represented a public hospitality operator in the acquisition of a luxury hotel portfolio in Jamaica.
  • Represented developer in the acquisition of land in Turks and Caicos for the development of an ultra-luxury hotel and residences.
  • Represented Baltimore Orioles in the leasing and development of a training facility in the Dominican Republic.
  • Represented developer in the negotiation of hotel agreements for the development of an ultra-luxury resort and residences in West Caicos.
  • Represented developer in acquisition and development of luxury Caribbean resort in Anguilla including negotiation of leases and concessions with Government of Anguilla, and hotel operating agreements with a luxury international brand.
  • Represented various prospective developers in evaluating viability of projects and legislation in jurisdictions of Barbuda, Anguilla and Bahamas.
