  • Advised Rethink Education, a New York-based impact venture capital firm focused on education, on its investment in Aanaab, a Saudi Arabia-based education technology (edtech) company.°
  • Assisted in advising Arabian Contracting Services Company (Al Arabia), a Saudi listed company, on its SAR 1.05 billion acquisition of a majority stake in Faden Media, supporting the expansion of out-of-home advertising assets across Saudi Arabia.
  • Advised Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation (Saudia) in connection with the renewal of its SAR 12 billion in-flight catering agreement with Saudi Airlines Catering Company (SACC), covering domestic and international flights and related support services for a 10-year term.°
  • Represented Volocopter in connection with its USD 175 million joint venture with NEOM to launch electric air mobility services in Saudi Arabia.°
  • Advising Majid Al Futtaim Properties on a joint venture in respect of a real estate project in Northern Riyadh.°
  • Advised investors on a range of matters relating to their investments in hospitals, healthcare facilities, and private education institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.°
  • Advised on the establishment of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC), a Riyadh-based alliance launched by Saudi Arabia to coordinate counterterrorism efforts among member states.°
  • Provided legal support to the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia on a strategic project involving the preparation of requests for proposals (RFPs), tender documentation, and procurement-related matters.
  • Advised the Ministry of Culture in Saudi Arabia on legal matters relating to new cultural initiatives, including drafting and negotiating project agreements and supporting regulatory and contractual structuring.°
  • Advised and acted for a semi-governmental entities on the restructuring of its operations in Saudi Arabia (including advising on corporate governance matters).°
  • Provided legal advice on cross-border SPV structuring and custody arrangements involving multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, United States, and China, in connection with confidential investment-related mandates.°
  • Advised a global pharmaceutical company on the localization of its operations in Saudi Arabia, including expansion of manufacturing capacity, technology transfer, and initiatives to attract and develop local talent in line with Vision 2030.°
  • Advised global pharmaceutical companies on regulatory developments in Saudi Arabia, including updates issued by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and the Ministry of Health impacting market access and compliance.°
