- Advised a KSA Ministry in relation to transferring companies owned by government bodies falling under the Ministry to the Public Investments Fund as part of KSA Vision 2030.°
- Advised a UAE Ministry in relation to the structuring of a government initiative as part of the UAE’s National Agenda 2021. The project included advising the Ministry on suitable legal structures and legal instruments (agreements, memorandums of understanding, legislation) required to implement the same.°
- Advised an Omani Ministry in relation to the creation of a public establishment and drafting the Royal Decree to create the establishment. The assignment assessed a potential collaboration between public and private sectors and advised on various legal considerations and mechanisms for incorporation.°
- Advised the GCC Secretariat in relation to the creation of a real time gross settlement system between the six GCC member states.°
- Advised a KSA Ministry in relation to the legal implication of strategy and policy change in KSA.°
