Greenberg Traurig Advised Diagnostyka S.A. on the Initial Public Offering and Listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

WARSAW – 7 February 2025 – Greenberg Traurig advised Diagnostyka S.A. (the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, “Diagnostyka Group”), a leading provider of diagnostic services, on the initial public offering (IPO) of the Company’s shares and the admission of some shares to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The value of the shares sold in the IPO amounted to nearly PLN 1.7 billion, making it one of the largest IPOs in Poland in recent years. The capitalization of the Diagnostyka Group based on the IPO price is over PLN 3.5 billion.

The IPO of the Company included a retail and institutional public offering in Poland, as well as an institutional offering for investors outside of Poland in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act. Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advisory services to the Company in connection with the preparation and execution of the IPO.
