CHICAGO – Sept. 16, 2024 – Charles C. Calloway, Jr., a Finance Practice shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP‘s Chicago office, was named to Diversity MBA Media’s “Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders” list.

Calloway focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and other strategic investors in domestic and cross-border corporate, project, ESG, and structured finance transactions; private placements of debt and equity securities; secured and unsecured financings; and sports stadiums and league-wide financings. He also has experience representing lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities to private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
Actively involved in leadership and philanthropy, Calloway serves on the boards of the American College of Investment Counsel, Chicago Humanities, and After School Matters, as well as the dean’s advisory council at The George Washington University Law School. He also recently joined the host committee for the 2026 Presidents Cup.
