WARSAW – 5 July 2023 – Greenberg Traurig advised Animex Foods Sp. z o.o., a leading Polish food processing company, on the acquisition of an 80% stake in DeVeris Polska, an innovative Polish producer of poultry-derived protein products.
By incorporating DeVeris' expertise and production infrastructure, Animex Foods enhances its processing capabilities to accelerate growth, and meet the evolving demands of customers worldwide.
