WARSAW – June 30 – Greenberg Traurig represented Grupa Pracuj sp. z o.o. in the sale of a minority stake in the Company to TCV, an international investment firm. On June 28, 2017, the Shareholders of Grupa Pracuj and TCV signed agreements under which TCV will acquire a minority stake in Grupa Pracuj and support its development.
Greenberg Traurig provided multidisciplinary legal advice with respect to the transaction, including preparation of due diligence process and negotiation of the transaction documentation.
The transaction was led by Local Partner Daniel Kaczorowski, who was supported by Senior Associate Anna Cienkus and Associates: Paulina Kimla-Kaczorowska, Maja Gawrysiuk, and Anna Chrabota.
