According to its publisher, in the BTI Client Relationship Scorecard , corporate counsel gauge the strength of their current relationships with law firms—by name—to provide the most accurate and objective measure of a law firm’s breadth and strength of client relationships. BTI’s Client Relationship Scorecard evaluates law firm performance through the eyes of the client. No law firms influence the results, submit nominations or provide client names to include in the research process. The research is independent and unbiased. The client—the only true judge of a relationship’s strength—solely drives BTI’s analysis of law firms with the strongest, most abundant client relationships.
