Our Professional Service Providers Practice provides guidance to service professionals, professional service firms, private equity and other investors, and others, on a wide range of matters arising out of the practice of professional services including law, medicine, dentistry, accounting, and education.

We have experience structuring mechanisms to facilitate the availability of private capital to professional service providers, including advising on the complex associated corporate, finance, tax, employment, and regulatory issues. Our inter-office team of more than 600 corporate attorneys has represented a range of major corporations, private equity and venture capital firms, investment banks, investment advisors and broker-dealers, lenders, senior management, and shareholders in industry-leading transactions.
