Denise Wood advises technology and communications companies on commercial and regulatory matters with a particular focus on subsea and terrestrial network infrastructure and space and satellite issues, representing a diverse clientele of technology and communications companies.

Denise represents clients domestic and cross-border network infrastructure contracts, including submarine cable joint build and supply agreements, master services agreements, service schedules, and asset purchase agreements for dark/lit fiber and telecommunications services procurement. She provides regulatory guidance and advocacy on regulatory issues and developments in current wireless and satellite telecommunications proceedings before the FCC and assists clients with federal and state licensing for various telecommunications services and operations, navigating approvals and coordination with various agencies including national security reviews by the Committee for the Assessment of Foreign Participation in the United States Telecommunications Services Sector.
