Kevin J. Walsh is a restructuring lawyer focusing on distressed high-yield tax-exempt bond workouts. His practice primarily involves representing trustees and bondholder groups in bankruptcy and receiverships and bankruptcy cases in courts around the country.
Kevin advises debtors and creditors on bankruptcy and commercial law matters, including restructurings, workouts, and commercial financing transactions, as well as the negotiation and documentation of commercial loans and credits. He also handles out-of-court workouts and receivership matters and advises clients on bankruptcy and other distressed sales (both buyers and sellers), recharacterization of equity and equitable subordination, negotiating credit agreements, and enforcing guaranties.
