Ruud van Bork is a civil law notary and focuses his practice on corporate law. He advises national and international corporations on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, management buyouts and buyins, corporate governance, corporate structures and corporate reorganisations. In addition, he has broad experience in advising corporations on demergers and spin-offs. Before joining Greenberg Traurig in 2021, Ruud worked at a global elite law firm for 30 years.
