Koh Ueda focuses his practice on the structured financing of real estate projects. Koh has worked on real estate-related transactions with some of Japan’s largest institutions and companies, covering various asset classes such as hotels, residences, offices, and shopping malls, while representing sellers, buyers, lenders, asset managers, and contractors. He assists clients with securitization transactions for a wide range of asset types, including, among others, real property, whole business, and monetary claims, such as commercial and residential mortgages, auto loans, and consumer loans, as well as transactions related to Southeast Asian countries, especially Singapore. Koh has more than a decade of experience in real estate securitization.
