Tyler Strobel focuses his practice on the interplay between federal and state laws and regulations, with an emphasis on health care compliance, licensure, and transactions in industries including post-acute care and behavioral health. He advises health care providers on regulatory matters including HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, facility and practitioner licensure, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment.

Tyler also seeks to mitigate regulatory risks arising in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including risks involving the corporate practice of medicine, facility and practitioner licensure, and fee splitting.
