Toby S. Soli is an experienced litigator, having prosecuted and defended numerous complex commercial litigations in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level, and in arbitrations, throughout the United States. She focuses her practice on securities litigation, class actions, enforcement proceedings, accounting liability, and complex civil litigation where she represents numerous issuers, officers and directors, accountants, investment advisers, broker-dealers, and corporate clients in class actions, derivative actions, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings, including SEC and FINRA proceedings.

Toby is also a member of Greenberg Traurig's National eDiscovery and eRetention Practices Group and has wide-ranging experience in large commercial litigations, handling multiple databases of electronic information and management of metadata. Toby also has represented clients in matters involving real estate, antitrust, franchise/distributor law, unfair trade practices, trademark, trade secrets, and business torts.
