Benjamin K. Shiffman

Benjamin K. Shiffman is a trial-experienced attorney in the Litigation Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Ben focuses his practice on general commercial litigation, corporate governance matters, complex business disputes, and government investigations. Ben has experience litigating in several courts, including Delaware Chancery Court, and is well versed in the practices and local rules of state and federal courts in New York. Ben also has experience in both domestic and international alternative dispute resolution, including many arbitrations and mediations.
