Mary A. Scott works with domestic and foreign banks, private equity firms, financial sponsors, and borrowers on structuring, negotiating, and documenting a broad range of financing matters, including acquisition financings, revolving and term loan facilities, cash flow and asset-backed financings, secured and unsecured lending, and other commercial lending matters.
In addition to her finance practice, Mary also has experience in bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings, and litigation relating to financial and insolvency-related matters.
Mary is also dedicated pro bono work, helping victims of domestic abuse in obtaining orders for protection and representing them in related proceedings.
