Alexander L. Scarola is the Managing Shareholder of the Philadelphia office. Alex focuses his practice on public finance, infrastructure finance, project finance and asset-based lending. Alex serves as purchaser’s counsel, bond counsel, lender’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower’s counsel in tax-exempt and taxable finance and lending transactions throughout the country. Alex advises clients on publicly and privately offered financings in a wide array of sectors, including multifamily housing, airports, water and sewer utilities, highway, bridge and other infrastructure projects, economic development projects, higher education and real estate-based lending.
