LaQuenta C. Rudison focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She advises public and private companies on various transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.

LaQuenta also has an active pro bono practice where she advises nonprofit organizations in the areas of corporate formation, eligibility and application for tax exemption under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), and related state law compliance.

  • Represented a private equity fund in its purchase of the equity of a global manufacturer of office products, dryer vent covers, paint booth filters and industrial air filtration products.°
  • Represented a private equity fund in its purchase of the equity of a Canadian affiliate marketing company and two U.S. affiliate marketing companies.°
  • Represented buyer in its purchase of the equity of a franchisor of members-only boat clubs in the United States and France.°
  • Represented a greeting card company in the sale of its assets to a major U.S. manufacturer of greeting cards, digital greetings, gift wrap and party goods.°
  • Represented a graphic design and screen printing company in the sale of its equity to a leading visual communications provider.°
  • Represented major U.S. retail hardware cooperative in the corporate restructuring of its entities located in Michigan, Delaware, Maine and Washington.°
