Capabilities

Experience

  • Represented a joint venture in acquiring and financing 29 medical office buildings, which included loan assumptions from 7 different lenders, for a purchase price of approximately $600 million.
  • Represented a joint venture in connection with the recapitalization of 54 medical office buildings located across the country for a purchase price of approximately $743 million.
  • Represented a joint venture in connection with the acquisition and leaseback of 20 medical office buildings throughout North Carolina from an integrated health system, which required negotiation of ground lease for multiple sites.
  • Represented a joint venture in acquiring a 4 building medical office/hospital portfolio, which included negotiating comprehensive amendments to the existing ground leases and navigating the client through a multitude of complex leasing, health care, compliance, title, and environmental matters affecting the properties.
  • Represented a joint venture in connection with acquisition of 6 medical offices and acute surgery centers in five states, totaling approximately 200,000 square feet.
  • Represented an affiliate of Dalfen Industrial in connection with its acquisition and financing of two industrial buildings located in Anaheim, California, which was the largest transaction in Orange County, California to close that year.
  • Represented an affiliate of Dalfen Industrial in connection with its acquisition of a Class A, 340,080 square foot industrial facility in San Bernadino, California, including obtaining a $58.2M loan from an integrated institutional real estate investment firm.
  • Represented a Fortune 500 in connection with the sale-leaseback of over 90 of its retail stores with a purchase price in excess of $1 billion.
