Micala Campbell Robinson focuses on employment discrimination and wrongful discharge arising under state and federal laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, the New York City Human Rights Law and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. She represents an array of clients, including those from the transportation and pharmaceutical industries.   • Obtained dismissals and findings of “no probable cause” in multiple cases alleging race, age, gender and disability discrimination filed with the EEOC, New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.
