Neal Robin advises developers, institutional investors, real estate private equity funds, real estate fund sponsors, pension funds, and family offices in connection with their real estate projects and investments. His practice involves a broad range of real estate assets, including multifamily properties, industrial warehouse and distribution centers, office towers, retail malls, co-working spaces, self-storage facilities, and land for development.
Neal focuses his practice on development, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leases. He also represents sponsors and investors in relation to the formation and investment in real estate funds and in connection with the formation of joint ventures. Neal has worked with retail, multifamily and industrial developers in ground-up development and in the redevelopment or repositioning of older assets.
In addition, Neal devotes time to pro bono representation of community and nonprofit organizations for their real estate matters. He is motivated to advise clients by a lifelong passion for real estate and a desire to improve and safeguard the built environment.
