Matt Richard is a litigation associate in Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office.
Matt focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts. Matt has experience in all phases of litigation. He has researched and drafted pleadings, discovery and dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses, litigated various class certification issues, and helped secure settlements on behalf of his clients.
Matt also has experience representing clients in matters related to the federal securities laws, including claims brought under Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Section 11 of the Securities Act.
