Keith E. Reich has been practicing law for more than 40 years and concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law. He has wide-ranging experience with commercial leasing, lease and loan restructuring, sales and acquisitions of commercial, industrial and residential properties, ground and net leasing and green building and sustainable development. He also represents lenders and borrowers in mortgage financing and negotiates brokerage, construction and other forms of real estate agreements.

  • Represent the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing and management of a 450,000 square foot Class A office building in midtown (South) Manhattan.
  • Represent an institutional client, as both landlord and tenant, in connection with its major leasing transactions, including the leasing, as tenant, of 400,000 square feet of office space in midtown Manhattan  and 1 million square feet of office space (including built-to-suit space) in North Carolina, and the leasing, as landlord, of office space in a Long Island City office building.
  • Represented the tenant in connection with a 800,000 square foot lease for office and related use in a first-class building in midtown Manhattan.
  • Represent the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing and management of a 1.1 million square foot Class A office building in midtown Manhattan.
  • Represented tenants in connection with the leasing of office space in various Westchester County office buildings.
  • Represented the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing of an entire 100,000 square foot office building (with retail space) to a single tenant in the "meat packing" district of Manhattan.
  • Represented a telecommunications company, as tenant, in connection with leasing space in "telecom hotels."
  • Represented the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing and management of a 525,000 square foot Class-A office building (with retail space).
  • Represented the tenant in connection with a 350,000 square foot net lease of a new telecommunications and network operations building to be constructed by the landlord based on the tenant’s specifications.
  • Represented the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing of retail space in a luxury condominium building in the Lincoln Center area.
  • Represented the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing of 564,000 square feet of space to an international advertising agency, for office and related uses, such as kitchens, cafes, a fitness center and production facilities, as well as various roof, terrace and signage rights.
  • Represented the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing of a 2.3 million square foot "telecom hotel."
  • Represented the tenant in connection with a 200,000 square foot office lease in a building under construction in midtown Manhattan.
  • Represented the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing of retail space in the so-called "Luxury District" of midtown Manhattan to an international design and apparel company, to be used as the company's flagship store.
  • Represented the owner/landlord in connection with the leasing of 280,000 square feet of space to a news/media company, including office, kitchen, athletic area, fitness center and terrace space.
  • Represented a REIT in connection with its acquisition of several New York City office buildings, and a $140 million unsecured line of credit and a $275 million secured line of credit.
  • Represented a pension fund in connection with the leasing and sale of a downtown Manhattan office building.
  • Represented an airline in connection with all phases of its acquisition of airport facilities.
  • Represented the owner in connection with the leasing and management of a two million square foot office/showroom/retail complex.
